PROFESSIONALS

GENERAL INFORMATION

Our goal at Elite Sedation is simple. Make dental treatment less demanding for both our dentists and our patients.

Our dentists find that offering anesthesia services in their office significantly increase their productivity, profitability, and patient satisfaction.

A professional relationship with one of our board-certified anesthesiologists can enhance your practice into an advanced full-service patient care center.

BENEFITS

SAFE

Advances in anesthetic drugs and anesthesia equipment enable our trained dentist anesthesiologist to transform almost any dental office into an operating room complete with hospital-grade monitors, anesthesia machines, and emergency equipment. Our anesthetic techniques mirror those you would receive at the hospitals. Furthermore, Elite Sedation meets and exceeds all state requirements concerning in-office anesthesia.

CONVENIENT

By working from the comfort of your own office (vs the hospital) you're able to serve more patients and save significant amounts of time and money. Not only is this convenient for you but also your patients who would have to suffer through the hospital admin, the long turn overtimes, and overbooked operating rooms.

FLEXIBLE

Elite sedation is composed of a team of dentist anesthesiologists that is ever-growing to meet the demands of our office partners. This means we are available when you need us! We take meticulous notes on our office partner preferences and communicate this with our team to minimize variabilities between providers.

EFFICIENT

No longer do you need to get credentialed with the hospitals and wait months for a block of time to see 1 or 2 patients. Because in-office anesthesia is more efficient. Our dentists' partners can see an average of two more patients compared to hospital visits. That’s double the production!

AFFORDABLE

Dental anesthesia is typically 1/3 the cost of hospital anesthesia. Part of the reason for the cost savings is there are no hospital facility fees, which can run as high as $6,000.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Our anesthesiologists will arrive before the appointment and set up the operatory with all necessary equipment. This requires a small amount of space and will have minimal impact on operating and assisting.

A preoperative assessment and evaluation will be completed on each patient to review the medical history, focused physical examination, NPO status and an anesthetic plan.

Once the patient is ready for treatment, the anesthesiologist will begin administering medications and the operator will be able to begin treatment shortly thereafter.
Upon completion of oral health services, the patient will be recovered by the anesthesiologist and subsequently discharged once all criteria are met.

FINANCIAL POLICIES

It is most common for us to work directly with the patient regarding finance and payments for our anesthesia services.

However, many of our office partners have found that paying the cost of sedation services directly with our group helps facilitate their business flow.

Please feel free to reach out to discuss which option works best for your office.

OUR SERVICES

Our anesthesiologists are well trained to provide the full spectrum of sedation and anesthesia services. However, the type of anesthetic technique will depend on various factors such as the patient’s health history and treatment services being provided.

We will work with you to tailor the safest and most effective anesthetic plan for each individual patient.
